Digiway PEC Manager is the application that allows you to manage certified email (PEC) directly from your preferred browser or from the HCL Notes client, with complete security.
PEC Manager acts as an intermediary between the actual PEC mailbox (from any PEC provider) and the user. In this way, only the system holds the credentials for each PEC mailbox. Users access a familiar email interface using their own personal credentials.
The benefits are numerous: the organisation gains greater control, while users work more easily and comfortably — with access to a PERSONAL unread list, or a shared one, according to requirements.
PEC Manager enables sending and receiving PEC messages with maximum security and traceability, integrating digital signature and timestamp functionality for attachments. It also allows PEC messages to be organised in an orderly and efficient manner, with personalised folders and automatic routing rules.
The application is compatible with all versions of HCL Notes from 9.0.1 onwards, for both Windows and macOS, and can be used via browser on PC, smartphone or through HCL Nomad in both browser and mobile versions.
