The Challenge
Since 2016, Digiway has been entrusted by Studio Guidotti & Associati with the ongoing development and management of easyDoc, the firm's proprietary practice management application. The mandate was clear: improve operational efficiency, extend the application's capabilities, and make it fully accessible on mobile devices — without compromising the firm's strict requirements around data security, localisation, and control.
In parallel, Digiway took on full responsibility for the maintenance of the firm's application and email servers, alongside broader ICT consultancy.

- Document Management — Deep integration between document workflows, standard email, and certified email (PEC).
- Case File Management — Optimised handling of active cases and deadline management.
- Data Import — Full, lossless migration of all existing data from the legacy CRM.
Mobile Implementation
Integration with HCL Nomad Mobile extended easyDoc to smartphones and tablets, giving professionals full access to the application from any device — in the office, on the move, or in the courtroom.
