The plug-in enables users to produce legally valid digital documents without ever leaving Outlook — no switching between applications, no saving files to a local drive, no unnecessary friction. Everything happens within the tools your team already uses every day.
The latest version introduces a significant improvement: users can now precisely and easily position the signature field anywhere within the body of a PDF — directly from within the email client. This makes the signing experience not just legally compliant, but genuinely professional and polished.
Signing and sending contracts, invoices, communications with public authorities, financial statements, purchase orders, and any other document requiring full legal validity is now as simple and natural as composing an email.
The underlying technology also supports additional document interactions — including the application of timestamps and the insertion of images within PDF attachments accessible through the plugin — opening the door to richer, more structured document workflows.
