Overview

Business Suite is the result of years of focused development, designed for simplicity, speed, and above all for team collaboration. By centralising all customer relationship data in one place, it empowers every team member to communicate with precision and confidence.

Digiway developed Business Suite to meet this need — and is actively developing the next-generation version. The platform manages the entire customer lifecycle, from proposal and acquisition through to loyalty and sales, transforming raw data into valuable business intelligence and boosting productivity across all departments.

Business Suite is fully integrated with the powerful HCL Domino infrastructure, with native connectivity to mail, contacts, and calendar applications — eliminating data duplication and streamlining information sharing.

From prospect registration onwards, Business Suite tracks the entire pre-sales phase and all subsequent customer activity, storing every document and interaction in a single, centralised location — exactly where the work happens.

Activities created within the application are automatically shared with all relevant team members, reducing internal communication overhead. For example, a logged activity is visible to both the sales team and the billing department — no manual hand-off required.

Business Suite is fully customisable through user profiles managed directly by an internal administrator, who can independently define access permissions and feature availability based on internal business logic.

Integration & Technical Specifications

Business Suite integrates natively with Microsoft Office and Lotus SmartSuite. Via HCL Notes/Domino, it supports synchronisation with the most widely used mobile and PDA devices. ODBC connectivity enables integration with a broad range of third-party management systems.

Full-text indexing (powered by HCL Domino) delivers fast search across all records — including inside attachments.

Business Suite is a client-server application built on Lotus Domino, accessible via HCL Notes client or standard web browser for the most frequently used features.


Security & Remote Work

Organisations requiring the highest data security will find their ideal platform in HCL Lotus Domino, which delivers configurable, enterprise-grade protection. Field staff can use Business Suite fully offline, replicating data to their laptop via native HCL Notes functionality — with sync available through any available connection.

Prerequisites: HCL Domino Server. HCL Notes client required for full functionality. Many features are also available via browser; full web app access available with HCL Nomad.

Licences available for 5, 10, 15, or 20 users, or unlimited.
