With over 25 years of experience, having first established himself as a hardware and systems expert, he eventually moved into software design — initially using traditional programming languages and later adopting IBM/Lotus technologies, now known as HCL Software Digital Solutions. As Managing Director of Digiway, he coordinates the analysis and development of projects related in particular to the Lotus Domino environment and its integration with other products.

Sarvello Roberto
Roberto is a highly qualified professional with over 30 years of experience in the technology and IT sector. Founder and Managing Director of Digiway, he has developed a broad range of technical skills in Lotus Domino (now HCL Domino), Business Intelligence and systems integration. With an extensive background in IBM training and certifications, he has been involved in the development of innovative projects for many clients. He has extensive experience in managing development teams and coordinating complex projects. He has worked in a variety of roles, including Analyst Programmer, Project Manager and Coordinator, acquiring strong skills in direct client engagement and translating business requirements into products that adhere to corporate specifications.

His professional experience is characterised by a strong aptitude for team management and collaboration, a practical mindset, precision and an analytical approach.
